Welcome to your pregnancy yoga 25 minute workout for today. This is a beautiful prenatal yoga session lasting just over 25 minutes. So I hope you enjoy this workout and let’s begin by taking a big deep breath in.

This is the next workout in my pregnancy yoga workout challenge that is also suited for 2nd and 3rd Trimesters. I hope you enjoy this at home 25 minute pregnancy yoga workout for the second and third trimester.

You can do this workout earlier in your pregnancy but I loved doing it during my 3rd trimester.
